Useful Stuff: Sites and Tools
Odds and ends of useful bits from the Micro$oft Empire

Free is good. Free Microsoft is Very Good. I go to the Microsoft Events when they come to Cleveland. So far I have scored Fully licensed FREE copies of Visual Studio 2005 Standard Edition, SQL Server 2005 and Office 2007 Professional Edition. (YESSS!!!).

I have also acquired, free:

Many many ink pens, including the latest prize: an orange Microsoft pen that lights up.

Two Microsoft notepads.

One  necklace with blue blinking LED lights (so I can be found even when it is VERY DARK AND FOGGY in the conference room).

A keychain with a teensy calculator and compass on it. I should have grabbed two: hubby snagged THAT puppy on sight.

1 very nice XL Microsoft t-shirt, which I gave to my hubby. Since a size XL is positively a DRESS on me. Note to marketing guys at Microsoft: some of us are short, semi-skinny women. XL does not fit everybody!!!!
